Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Partner with hiring managers, business heads, and leadership to understand workforce needs and design effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.">
  • Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job portals, referrals, social media, academic networks, and talent pools) to identify and engage high-quality candidates. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive talent for current and future roles.">
  • Candidate Experience: Drive an engaging and seamless recruitment journey from first interaction to onboarding, ensuring candidates experience professionalism and transparency at every stage.">
  • Employer Branding & Job Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to craft compelling job descriptions and promote openings through relevant channels, strengthening the employer brand in the education sector.">
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.">
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with employment laws and organizational policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment documentation.">
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with people managers and leadership to support the people agenda—fostering collaboration, morale, productivity, and retention.">
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and best practices to position us competitively in the talent market.">

Qualifications & Skills:

">
  • 6+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus in managing talent acquisition portfolios.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.">
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRMS, and other recruitment software/tools.">
  • Proven track record of building high performing teams from scratch and scaling recruitment processes in fast-paced environments.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.">
