Our organization seeks a strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to manage and optimize the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop sourcing strategies including social media, job boards, networking, employee referrals, campus hiring and recruiting events.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment processes (requisition to offer).
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Analyze workforce plans and hiring needs to drive recruitment efforts.
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand current and future hiring demands.
  • Lead, coach and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators.
  • Set performance goals, track KPIs and ensure service delivery.
  • Promote accountability, inclusion and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain ATS data integrity, reporting and compliance with applicable laws.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers for consistency and fairness in hiring.
  • Track and report key recruiting metrics.
HR Operations
  • Responsible for new employee induction or orientation.
  • Partner with managers to design employee engagement initiatives.
  • Responsible for employee engagement activities like fun Friday, reward and recognition, festival celebration, event management and office outing.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners on engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Partner with HR operations teams on onboarding, offboarding and policy implementation.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve business outcomes.
  • Identify high-potential employees and support talent development initiatives.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource or related fields is required. Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition and 1 year of experience in team handling are necessary. Proficiency with social media, CV databases and professional networks is essential. Experience in employee engagement activities and stakeholder management is also required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
