Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and drive our long-term talent strategy. This role requires a blend of hands-on recruiting expertise and strategic thinking, enabling you to develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with our business goals and future workforce needs.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative hiring strategies, enhancing our employer brand, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with our business goals and future workforce needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Oversight and management of the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and successful onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and build strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline.
  • Champion employer branding initiatives to position us as an employer of choice in the region.
  • Define and monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies and local labor laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of full-cycle recruitment, a deep understanding of the local job market in Gujarat, and a passion for building high-performing teams. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • 4-7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Experience in the IT, Manufacturing, Financial Services sector is a plus.
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and a strong understanding of various sourcing techniques.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring practices in Gujarat.
