Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of recruiters/talent acquisition specialists to ensure high performance and continuous development.
- Set clear goals and conduct regular reviews to achieve recruitment targets.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and feedback-driven team culture.
Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all departments.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation.
- Ensure practices are aligned with organizational goals, employer brand, and DE&I commitments.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to identify talent needs and prioritize hiring requirements.
- Provide data-driven insights and regular recruitment updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Build and manage relationships with recruitment partners, job boards, and external sourcing channels.
Process Optimization & Reporting:
- Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Maintain compliance with relevant employment laws and hiring regulations.
- Track and report key metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, diversity metrics) to drive informed decisions.
Employer Branding & Talent Market Insights:
- Partner with HR and marketing teams to strengthen employer branding initiatives.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor practices, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in talent acquisition.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion:
- Champion DE&I within the hiring process, ensuring unbiased sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
- Implement targeted outreach strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or managerial capacity.
- Demonstrated success in driving recruitment strategies and meeting KPIs.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and HR technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, hiring compliance, and ethical practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
