Are you a seasoned engineering leader seeking a new challenge? We are currently recruiting for the role of Strategic Engineering Director.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic individual to lead our engineering teams across various resorts. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and standardizing engineering policies, overseeing capital expenditure projects, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance & Operations: Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensure optimal functioning of MEP systems, and coordinate with resort teams to resolve issues swiftly.
  • Energy & Sustainability: Drive energy conservation initiatives, implement sustainable practices aligned with global hospitality standards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure regulatory compliance across all properties, conduct audits, and mitigate risks proactively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Advanced certifications in facility or energy management preferred.
  • 15+ years in hospitality engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership.

  • Energy consumption reduction.
