Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Recruiter located in Ahmedabad. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the full-life cycle recruiting process, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role requires collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, extending job offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The recruiter will also maintain candidate pipelines, utilize various recruiting tools and platforms, and provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Experience in Hiring processes and strategies
  • Strong Communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Previous experience in technical recruiting is highly preferred
