with strong expertise in
USA staffing operations
to lead and manage our recruitment team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, client engagement, and team leadership within the US market. Proficiency in

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the IT recruitment team focused on USA staffing operations.
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding IT professionals.
  • Utilize
    Job Diva
    effectively for candidate sourcing, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct clients, MSPs, and vendors.
  • Ensure timely delivery on client requirements while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate recruiters to achieve performance targets.
  • Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Stay updated with US employment laws, immigration processes (H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, GC, USC), and staffing trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of W2, 1099, and C2C hiring processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in managing large client accounts.
  • Knowledge of emerging recruitment technologies and best practices.
