Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and technical fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and manage relationships with prospective employees for future hiring needs.
- Work with external recruitment agencies when necessary to fill specialized roles.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports for management review.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitive hiring practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in [IT/Non - IT].
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
- Knowledge of employer branding techniques and social recruiting.
- Certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent (optional but preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
