Job Title: Talent Acquisition Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Talent Acquisition Leader to drive our recruitment strategy and attract top talent in fintech and technology. As a key member of our team, you will lead a group of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, designing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with our business goals.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a strong understanding of HR systems, ATS, and recruitment analytics.
  • Demonstrates excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Can collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
  • Is a trusted advisor to the leadership team on talent trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and promote a strong employer brand.
  2. Evaluate candidate experience across all hiring stages.
  3. Partner with marketing and leadership to run recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and digital branding initiatives.
  4. Establish recruitment metrics and ensure data-driven decision-making.
  5. Implement advanced ATS systems and technology to streamline hiring.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or technology sectors.

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of niche roles such as AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, blockchain, and digital banking.
  • Ability to develop strategies to attract talent in these areas.
