Position: Senior Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical modules.

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Location: Flexible

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead or participate in Oracle Fusion HCM technical implementations, including OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service), OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), BIP (BI Publisher), and Extracts.

You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining Fast Formulas to meet client-specific requirements.

A key aspect of this role is designing and implementing custom integrations, extensions, and reports to enhance system functionality.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.

Post-go-live support includes providing ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing technical solutions for improved performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Willingness to travel onsite as needed for project delivery.
