Job Title: Oracle HCM EBS Consultant

About the Role

As a senior Oracle ERP consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and configuring Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, configure, and provide functional support for Oracle EBS HCM modules, primarily Core HR and Payroll;
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities;
  • Prepare functional design documents and coordinate with technical teams for customizations;
  • Assist in testing, user training, and data migration activities;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth delivery of project milestones;
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support to end-users;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of functional experience in Oracle EBS HCM (On-Premise) R12;
  • Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll; working knowledge of SSHR or iRecruitment is desirable;
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM;
  • Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams for custom development;
  • Must be an Immediate Joiner;
  • Must hold a valid Indian passport and be willing to travel to the Middle East onsite as per project needs;
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills;
