Oracle HCM Cloud Expert - US and Canada PayrollJob Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Expert - US and Canada Payroll

This role requires a senior technico-functional consultant with extensive experience in US and Canada payroll, possessing both functional and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide senior-level guidance on implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud for US and Canada payroll, ensuring compliance with regional regulations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud functionality, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues through effective problem-solving and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and testing of new features and configurations to ensure seamless integration.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all configuration changes, including Fast Formula development and implementation.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to educate internal stakeholders on best practices and new features.
