Job Summary:

This role is for a highly skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with experience in US and Canada Payroll.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design and implement technical solutions, and provide expert-level support and guidance to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to meet business requirements
  • Design and develop custom reports and integrations using OTBI and BIP
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance to internal stakeholders on Oracle HCM Cloud features and functionality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Oracle HCM Cloud solutions and configurations
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle HCM Cloud product releases and advancements

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and configuration
  • Proven expertise in US and Canada Payroll, including year-end knowledge and tax compliance
  • Experience with SDLC and JIRA project management methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines, with strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud or related technologies
  • Experience with cloud-based applications and infrastructure
