Cloud HCM Functional Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud HCM Functional specialist to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the functional aspects of Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, providing technical expertise in Absence and OTL modules of Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • They will work with clients to understand their requirements and map them with delivered features of the product.
  • Identify gaps and propose potential workarounds to clients.
  • Estimate work for Vanilla implementation and personalizations/work-arounds, reports/integrations/enhancements needed.
  • Presentation and demo creation for client modules.
  • Understand client support needs and delivery models that would suit the client.
  • Proposal creation and response to RFP with overall solution.
  • Stay up-to-date on new releases and features to update clients on newer solutions and estimations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions in Fusion applications.
  • Effective analytical and organizational skills.
  • Good command over spoken and written English.
