Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the implementation of our Human Capital Management (HCM) solution.

This role requires a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, etc.)
  • Deliver Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions.
  • Perform system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Actively contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on functional aspects.
  • Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Familiarity with the implementation process and ability to provide technical and functional support to end-users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
