Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional with expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud to lead the technical aspects of implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle Fusion SaaS and PaaS systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Design: Design solutions for all technical components to meet specific business requirements.
  2. Custom Development: Build custom reports, interfaces, and integrations using the Fusion technology stack.
  3. Architecture Understanding: Understand the complete architecture of Fusion.
  4. Technical Challenges: Identify and resolve technical challenges.
  5. Migration Expertise: Provide hands-on experience with data migration.
  6. Design and Deployment: Oversee design, development, and deployment.
  7. Alignment and Collaboration: Collaborate with functional leads to ensure technical alignment.
  8. Requirements Gathering: Work with business and functional analysts to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  9. Proposal Estimation: Estimate technical proposals and prototyping solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of Oracle ERP technical experience, with minimum 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Proficiency in FBDI, HDL, OIC, VBCS, OPA, Page Composer, Redwood page extension, Dashboard, OTBI, BIP, SQL/PLSQL, REST/SOAP APIs, Groovy, PL/SQL, Java, XML, JSON.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation is a must.
  • Knowledge of OCI services (Containers, ATP, DBCS).
  • Experience with Oracle EBS suite.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, HCM, SCM technical integrations.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and security configuration is often preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud Professional Certificate. - Experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and release management.
