Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Oracle Fusion Financials Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM and FA modules. You will also be responsible for working directly with clients to gather business requirements, drive solutioning sessions and provide recommendations for business process improvements.

Qualifications

  • 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementation experience as a functional resource.
  • 4+ years experience implementing combinations of Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA) and Fixed Assets (FA).
  • Demonstrated experience defining the systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing and user training.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
