Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Fusion HCM Compensation Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing Oracle Cloud Compensation application enhancements with 3-8 years of experience
  • End-to-end implementation and execution of Annual Workforce Compensation plan for multiple countries
  • Collaborating with technical teams to modify fast formulas or SQLs based on country-specific requirements
  • Resolving issues identified during critical path reviews and user acceptance testing
  • Working closely with data teams to ensure accurate employee data is loaded in the correct UDTs or external tables

About the Role:

This role involves implementing Oracle Cloud Compensation application enhancements, business process analysis configuration validation system integration and deployment. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Compensation applications and working with technical teams to resolve complex issues.
