Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM professional to join our team. This is a challenging opportunity for someone who wants to work on complex projects and develop their skills.

HCM Modules Expertise

  • Core HR: Configure and manage employee data, benefits, and compensation.
  • Absence Management: Implement absence policies, track time-off requests, and monitor attendance.
  • Payroll: Process payroll, manage salary structures, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Talent Management: Recruit, onboard, and develop employees through the talent management lifecycle.
  • Recruitment Cloud: Source, attract, and select top talent using AI-powered recruitment tools.
  • Time & Labor: Manage work schedules, track hours worked, and monitor overtime.
  • Health & Safety: Develop and implement health and safety policies to minimize workplace risks.
  • Security: Ensure the security and integrity of HCM data and systems.
  • Benefit Administration: Administer employee benefits, including insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Technical Requirements

  • Fusion Experience: Worked on Fusion projects with exposure to EBS.
  • HCM Extracts: Utilize HCM Extracts to extract data for reporting and analytics.
  • HDLCSDL: Configure HDL, HSDL, and BI Publisher for data integration and reporting.
  • OTBI: Use Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence to analyze and report on business metrics.
  • Application Security: Ensure the security of HCM applications and data.
  • Workflows: Design and implement workflows to automate business processes.
  • Fast Formula: Utilize Fast Formula to create custom calculations and formulas.
  • Page Customizations & Extensions: Customize and extend HCM pages to meet business needs.

Soft Skills

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and executives.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
