Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Deep understanding of core HR, payroll, absence, benefits, talent, and recruiting modules
  • Prior training or mentoring experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and motivate learners
  • A passion for teaching and guiding learners towards success
