Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of an Oracle VBCS and HCM Expert.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying modern web and mobile applications using VBCS with integrations to Oracle HCM Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable web and mobile applications using VBCS with integrations to Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Worked on creating user interfaces for Oracle HCM Redwood pages.
  • Utilize JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Oracle JET to extend Oracle Cloud functionalities.
  • Develop dynamic UIs using reusable components, REST integrations, and responsive layouts.
  • Integrate VBCS applications with Oracle HCM via REST APIs and OAuth2 authentication.
  • Deploy and manage VBCS applications using CI/CD tools and Git repositories.

Oracle HCM Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and Fast Formulas.
  • Build and integrate HCM REST and SOAP web services for third-party systems.
  • Manage security profiles, roles, data access and workflow approvals in HCM.
  • Perform data loading and mass updates using HDL (HCM Data Loader), and Spreadsheet Loaders.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable configurations and extensions.
