As a seasoned professional in Oracle Time and Labor, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting OTL functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Designing and developing solutions, including writing simple OTL fast formulas.
  • Completing Functional User Testing and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Providing ongoing production support and enhancements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Absence Management, and project teams.

To succeed in this role, you should have expertise in Oracle Fusion and strong technical capabilities. You should also be proficient in Fast Formulas and possess a deep understanding of functional business processes.
