Lead Oracle Fusion Financials Implementation Specialist

This is a full-time remote role for an Oracle Fusion Financials Lead. In this position, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM, and FA modules.

Key responsibilities include working directly with clients to gather business requirements, drive solutioning sessions, and provide recommendations for business process improvements. This involves defining systems strategy, documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, designing as-is and to-be business processes, and configuring functional modules.

  • Drive the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM, and FA modules.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and drive solutioning sessions.

As a successful candidate, you should possess strong technical skills in Oracle Fusion Financials, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in financial systems implementation are required.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and financial reporting. Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving is also essential. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
