Job Opportunity:

Seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of financial modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle ERP Financials, with a strong background in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Fusion Tax.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure financial modules based on client requirements using Oracle best practices.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and perform fit-gap analysis.
  • Prepare functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations.
  • Develop and execute test scripts for CRP, SIT, and UAT phases.
  • Support production cutover and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations using FBDI, Web Services, and OTBI.
  • Conduct user training and prepare user manuals.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least 5 years in Oracle ERP Financials, with 2–3 years in Fusion Cloud.
  • Minimum one full-cycle Fusion Financials implementation.
  • Experience in industries like manufacturing, retail, banking, or public sector.
  • Hands-on experience with Fusion Spreadsheet Loader, FBDI, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT.
  • Professional certifications like Oracle Cloud Financials, CA, CMA, or MBA Finance.
