As a senior professional in HCM implementation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management solutions. Your expertise in designing and delivering seamless HCM experiences for clients will be instrumental in meeting their complex business needs.

">Required Skills and Qualifications

We seek an exceptional candidate with:

  • A minimum of 8 years of ERP implementation experience, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM functional modules such as Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and OTL.
  • Expertise in cloud technical aspects, particularly in Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, and Talent Management.
  • Strong end-to-end experience in multiple HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruiting (Fusion), Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding (Fusion), and Learning (Fusion).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients on detailed technical discussions.
  • Experience working with offshore/onshore client engagements, configuration management, bug fixes, quarterly patch testing, and quality assurance.
