Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in a defined geographic region. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets, build strong relationships with distributors and key accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute quarterly and annual sales plans to achieve budgeted sales figures for the region.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  3. Collaborate with marketing and tour departments to develop promotional strategies for the region.
  4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement.
  5. Provide regular sales reports and insights to the Area Sales Director and VP of Sales & Marketing to inform business decisions.
  6. Develop and implement sales strategies to improve sales performance and drive revenue growth.
  7. Maintain a deep understanding of the Sanmax Technologies (P) Limited business model and ensure that all sales activities align with company goals and objectives.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned by the Area Sales Director or VP of Sales & Marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
