Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual sales plans to achieve budgeted sales figures for the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing and tour departments to develop promotional strategies for the region.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to the Area Sales Director and VP of Sales & Marketing to inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve sales performance and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Sanmax Technologies (P) Limited business model and ensure that all sales activities align with company goals and objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Area Sales Director or VP of Sales & Marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
