Role Summary

Premas Life Sciences is seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the West India market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indian Life Science market and a proven track record of driving growth in the genomics and proteomics sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet corporate objectives and drive growth in the region.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, stakeholders, and channel partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development initiatives and sales growth plans.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences; MBA or PhD preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in the Indian Life Science market, with a strong focus on genomics, flow cytometry, and proteomics.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and sales success in a similar role.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% to carry out primary responsibilities.
