Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sales managers and ensure they hit their targets
  • Build and lead a high-energy sales team and hit ambitious targets on a monthly basis
  • Build and lead the on-ground sales team, acquire supply to put on rent, generate demand for these supply, and close rental transactions
  • Build and lead the Move In team, get the apartment ready, and hand over to the tenant, facilitating move-in and getting the collection done
  • Execute new initiatives for better and smooth functioning of the team
  • Ensure sales associates motivation and performance
  • Ensure regular feedback for sales managers and sales managers are doing the same with sales associates
  • Ensure productivity for both sales team and the Move In management team
  • Measure and manage team performance with leading indicators; (TAT, Visits)
  • Forecasting and preparing targets basis various factors
  • Revisiting targets and on weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis and figuring out challenges and mitigating them to ensure we hit the target
  • Ensuring lead audit is being done on regular basis, managing and driving sales productivity
  • Assessing lead quality & quantity and with marketing team on a daily basis
  • Managing Escalations and mitigating risks
  • Ensuring smooth move-in and timely collections
  • Analysing and communication of inventory requirements
  • Implementation of tech and usage of the same as per protocols
  • Hiring and Training - Sales Manager and Sales Associate
  • Required Skills:
    • Sales Team Management skills, leading high performing Sales team
    • Escalation Management skills
    • Problem Solving Skill
    • Very good at understanding and analysing factors at play to design targets
    • Enjoy being with people; extraversion is key (High)
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 6 Years of Retail (B2C) Sales experience
    • Minimum 5 years of sales team management experience (B2C Sales)
  • Compensation:
    • Fixed Upto 20 Lacs CTC
    • Incentives on sales revenue, can easily double the fixed compensation
