Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Construction Chemicals division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze regional market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives.
- Identify hiring needs, select, and train new salespeople.
- Evaluate store and individual performances and provide feedback.
- Support Store Managers with day-to-day store operations.
- Report on regional sales results and forecast quarterly and annual profits.
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales role.
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Availability to travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Experience in the specific industry or market of the company.
- Advanced knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- The role may require frequent travel within the assigned region.
- The RSM will often work remotely managing a team spread across different locations.
- Regular interaction with high-level management to align regional goals with overall company objectives.
