Job Summary:

We are looking for a sales professional with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects in the medical devices industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales development of microscopes in the region.
  • Network and propose potential business deals in Pathology Labs, Diagnostics centers, Hospitals, Medical Colleges, Agriculture labs, and other related industries.
  • Arrange appointments with doctors, including pre-arranged appointments and regular calling.
  • Achieve sales targets for volume growth and productivity on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Implement all sales and marketing activities assigned by ASM, RSM, or ZSM.
  • Provide daily reporting and feedback on customer calls.
  • Responsible for assigned area sales, collecting outstanding payments, doctor calling, hospital visits, and complaints handling.
  • Analyze the region and market's potential, track sales, and establish positive business and customer relationships.
  • Meet customers daily, weekly, and monthly as needed.
  • Learn about the product's functionality and issue troubleshooting.
  • Prepare and submit a weekly report to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales and business management in medical devices, microscopes, or scientific instruments.
  • Strong sales skills, high energy level, and professional approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication skills, and written communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and market orientation skills.
  • Self-driven and motivated individual.
