We are seeking a proactive Customer Retention Specialist to manage customer interactions, encourage subscription purchases, and resolve outstanding overages. This role involves contacting customers whose trials have expired, facilitating purchases, processing orders, and addressing account issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact customers to resolve outstanding overages or encourage subscription purchases post-trial expiration.
- Process orders promptly after the customer reaches out and sends purchase confirmation.
- Coordinate account suspensions for non-response as needed, ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintain detailed records of follow-ups and interactions.
- Generate reports on key metrics such as conversions and account actions.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel software is required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word is essential.
- Analytical skills to track performance metrics and improve processes are necessary.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines is crucial.
- Problem Solving ability is vital.
- Experience in customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are necessary.
- Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce is advantageous.
- Experience in Zendesk is beneficial.
This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage multiple priorities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
