Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Retention Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Customer Retention Executive will be responsible for maintaining and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key tasks include engaging with customers to understand their needs, solving any arising issues, providing support, and implementing retention strategies. The role also involves collaborating with various internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer support and account management
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Understanding of CRM systems and customer retention strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the hospitality or SaaS industry is a plus
