Customer Support Executive — Non-Voice + Blended Support Role

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via chat with accuracy and empathy

Make outbound calls for follow-ups, engagement, and retention

Manage backend requests such as refunds, account updates, and technical escalations

Handle customer queries received through email and social media

Log all interactions, maintain proper documentation, and ensure timely follow-ups

Identify process gaps, share insights, and recommend improvements

Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues

Meet key performance metrics like response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)

Ability to multitask across chats, emails, calls, and backend requests

Problem-solving mindset with empathy and attention to detail

Willing to work 6 days a week in flexible shifts

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site only — remote work not available)
