Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day tasks including providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries, offering online support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves delivering technical support and assisting customers in navigating our products and services.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in Online Support and Technical Support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Experience in the athletic or retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
