Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Executive based in Ahmedabad, with opportunities for remote work. The individual will handle day-to-day customer service interactions, resolve customer queries, monitor and support technical issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also includes providing online support to customers and assisting with technical inquiries related to products and services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Online Support and resolving customer inquiries efficiently
  • Technical Support skills to address product and service-related technical queries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Familiarity with agricultural technologies or related sectors is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and systems is advantageous
