Job Overview
Microvista Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Customer Support Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position aimed at freshers who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and eager to build their careers in the IT industry. This role requires interacting with customers, resolving queries, and maximizing customer satisfaction through efficient support.
Qualifications and Skills
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company
• Assist customers as needed with setting up and navigating programs or software associated with a product or service
• Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
• Handling inbound calls from client on Software product related to functional and technical query.
• Provide Online/Onsite support to customers
• Handling Live chat, email of client query on Microvista Software Product
• Requirement Analysis
• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing solutions and guidance according to company standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, inputs, and details of actions taken.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure consistent delivery of quality service.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify patterns and recommend improvements in customer service processes.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address their questions and resolve issues, enhancing their overall experience with the company.
- Ensure all customer support requests are logged in the system and assigned to the appropriate person if escalation is necessary.
- Participate in training programs to improve service quality and stay updated with the latest product information.
- Strive to exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction benchmarks set by the company.
