Experience: 0-2 Years

Educational Qualification: BE / MCA / BCA / BSC / B Com / Diploma in Computers

Job Roles and Responsibility:

  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company
  • Assist customers as needed with setting up and navigating programs or software associated with a product or service
  • Deep understanding of customers' concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
  • Handling inbound calls from clients on Software product related to functional and technical queries
  • Provide Online/Onsite support to customers
  • Handling Live chat, email of client query on Microvista Software Product
  • Requirement Analysis
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
