  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest product updates, features, and industry trends to provide informed support.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and prioritize tasks effectively.
