Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Professional located in Ahmedabad. The Talent Acquisition Professional will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding qualified candidates for various positions within the company. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The role also involves maintaining candidate databases and managing recruitment metrics to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Experience with recruitment strategies and talent acquisition processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage recruitment metrics and candidate databases
  • Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment practices is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is beneficial
