Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the commercial department, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics and manage client relationships to drive business growth.
  • Support the commercial department with administrative tasks, document management, and communication with clients and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with company policies, and work closely with various departments to achieve high efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and document management software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in supporting sales teams and handling commercial operations is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of compliance and company policies to ensure seamless operations.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
