Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive BDE to join our real estate team The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities building strong client relationships and driving revenue through residential plot and property sales This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for real estate sales Key Responsibilities Generate leads through field visits tele-calling referrals digital platforms and real estate portals Present promote and sell company s properties to prospective buyers Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up with potential clients Understand customer needs and offer solutions that align with their requirements and budget Maintain strong knowledge of current and upcoming real estate projects Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers Meet or exceed sales targets and business development goals Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations to potential clients Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes Key Skills Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and convincing ability Good understanding of the local real estate market and trends Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools basic Ability to work independently and in a team Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate or direct sales freshers with strong interest may also apply Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred for field visits Compensation Salary Fixed Attractive Incentives Job Types Full-time Part-time Permanent Pay 8 809 61 - 36 391 66 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Paid sick time Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Language English Preferred Work Location In person
