We are seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Relationship Manager to handle client communications, introduce our product range, prepare quotations, and convert leads into sales. The role involves proactive calling, nurturing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Calling:
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
- Introduce company profile, products, and capabilities.
- Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities in the electronics components market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Sales & Quotation Management:
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable components.
- Prepare and send quotations in a timely manner.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate to close sales.
- Account Management:
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Track orders, deliveries, and after-sales service requirements.
- Market Research:
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and new product developments.
- Reporting:
- Maintain records of calls, leads, quotations, and sales in CRM/Excel.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of sales or business development experience (preferably in electronics components, industrial products, or B2B sales).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office, Email communication, and basic CRM tools.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive.
