Business Development Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Agasoft. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing within any sector, with a good grasp of basic IT skills, presentation tools, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for web design, custom applications, and cloud hosting services.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations, demos, and proposals to potential clients.
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations and sales materials.
- Use Excel to maintain client data, sales tracking, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to meet client requirements and company targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any graduate (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Basic IT skills (knowledge of MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations and demos.
- Good negotiation and client handling skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work from Tiruchirappalli (Trichy).
Compensation:
- CTC: 12,000 to 15,000 per month
- Additional Allowance
