HR – Talent Engagement
professional to drive a culture of connection, recognition, and belonging. This role focuses on enhancing the employee experience throughout the talent lifecycle — from onboarding to engagement and retention. The ideal candidate thrives on building strong relationships, curating engagement initiatives, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Design, plan, and execute employee engagement programs, events, and initiatives to boost morale and team spirit.
  • Partner with business and HR leadership to assess engagement levels and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage pulse surveys, analyze feedback, and drive follow-up action plans with relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain engagement calendars aligned with company values and business goals.

Communication & Culture Building

  • Drive internal communication campaigns that reinforce organizational culture and celebrate achievements.
  • Create engaging content for newsletters, town halls, and intranet platforms.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Onboarding & Employer Branding

  • Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and L&D teams to enhance the new hire experience.
  • Partner with Marketing and HR teams to strengthen the internal employer brand.

Retention & Recognition

  • Manage employee recognition programs and milestone celebrations.
  • Support HR analytics to track engagement, attrition, and retention metrics.
  • Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews to gather actionable insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR engagement, employee relations, or culture-building roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to design engaging programs and initiatives.
  • Comfortable with HR systems, data analysis, and survey tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
