About the Role

We are looking for MBA freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives. The role involves identifying leads, connecting with decision makers, and scheduling product demo meetings with them. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and play a vital role in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads in the target market (schools/educational institutions/other relevant industries).
  • Reach out to leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, or other channels.
  • Explain our company's products/services and generate interest.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings/demo sessions for the senior sales team.
  • Maintain and update the lead database (CRM/Excel).
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships until closure.
  • Support the sales and marketing team in achieving monthly targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBA (Marketing/General Management/HR/Systems) – Freshers encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English (regional language proficiency is a plus).
  • Good interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and identify opportunities.
  • Comfortable with making outbound calls and client interactions.
  • Self-motivated with eagerness to learn and grow in business development.
