About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Lead to execute our direct enterprise strategy in the local market, drive sales and business development activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering revenue objectives monthly, quarterly, and annually through personal effort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Segment and prioritize local prospective clients in collaboration with the Regional Manager.
- Deliver revenue growth by adding new clients to the portfolio every quarter and engaging customers to adopt new offerings from cult.
- Proactively engage prospective clients to establish relationships and understand their needs.
- Own the city revenue targets and forecast a solid pipeline to conversion.
- Prospect and qualify inbound leads through cold calling and drive them to closure.
- Outbound lead generation by exploring multiple channels like cold calls, city campaigns, events, walk-ins.
- Work closely with Marketing to drive market development and client education through marketing, client events & PR activities.
- Manage and maintain the opportunity pipeline using internal sales management system(s) – Salesforce.
- Support and share know-how with other team members to reach business goals and revenue objectives.
- Show effective leadership in your market.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales, preferably in Hospitality or Real Estate.
- Consistent track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skills.
- Experience in fast-growing startups will be an added plus.
- Solid business development & acquisition experience.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels - internally as well as externally.
Salary Estimate: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum
