HR Business Partner Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a vital role in driving organizational success by fostering a culture of performance excellence and employee engagement.

  • Develop and implement Performance Management processes to drive business results and ensure all employees are delivering their best.
  • Partner with leadership teams to enhance organizational agility, people relations, and change management capabilities.
  • Design and deliver Developmental interventions, including IDPs and focus plans, to address skill gaps and foster continuous learning.
  • Craft and implement Employee Engagement Strategies to promote a positive work environment and showcase Vivriti's Employer Brand.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the Performance Excellence culture, leading end-to-end Performance Appraisal, Goal Setting, and Continuous Performance Conversations.
  • Drive performance up several notches by partnering with leaders, using feedback mechanisms, and motivation concepts.
  • Facilitate Developmental interventions through IDPs and Focus Plans, providing inputs to COEs for organization-wide skill building.
  • Engage and develop critical talent groups through programs, policies, and processes.
  • Craft policies and processes to put Vivriti in the league of Best Employers, manage Change constantly to bring about positive changes.
  • Design Employee Engagement Strategy, roll out calendarized Engagement charter to ensure employees feel pride and look forward to come to work.
  • Devise and implement need-based and function/team-specific engagement programs.
  • Conduct engagement surveys and coordinate Focus Group Discussions to gauge employee perceptions and deliver credible insights.
  • Lead Rewards and Recognition systems, taking charge of R&R strategy, Design of the framework, and supporting implementation.
  • Identify early warning signals, arrest attrition, promote retention, and review staffing trends.
  • Be the face of the HR Function, establish excellent rapport with stakeholders and employees, drive HR initiatives, and ensure success.
  • Proactively brand and market good practices, strengthen Employee Value Proposition, and enable DEI strategy.
  • Execute Talent Management strategy as designed by the COE, collaborate with functions like Marketing, Compliance, ESG, Technology, etc., as required.
  • Manage Employee Relations, facilitate conflict management, grievance redressal, POSH, etc., ensuring concerns are thoroughly investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
