This role involves overseeing the implementation of organizational development initiatives across various business units, focusing on driving performance improvements. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of organizational design principles and techniques, as well as experience in managing change management projects.

The successful individual will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing organizational development interventions to enhance business outcomes.
  • Managing change management initiatives, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and driving key performance metrics.
  • Developing and implementing leadership development programs, leveraging behavioral assessment methodologies and sector expertise.
  • Leading the implementation of digital human resources initiatives, optimizing HR processes and tracking progress.

Key Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in human resources or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 6-12 years of experience in core engagement, human resources business partner, or corporate roles in a large enterprise setup or startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, agility, and human resources engagement and strategy expertise.
