Organizational Development Manager

Our ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving organizational development and fostering a positive work environment. As the Organizational Development Manager, you will lead recruitment efforts, champion employee relations, and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Effective Recruitment Strategies
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Conduct orientation programs for new employees
- Oversee Employee Relations and Ensure a Positive Working Environment
- Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances
- Implement employee engagement initiatives
- Develop and Implement Performance Management Processes
- Identify training and development needs for employees
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance on HR-related matters
- Manage Office Facilities and Supervise Administrative Staff
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in HR management
- Strong Knowledge of Labor Laws and Regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
