Sales and Marketing Intern (Chennai)

Internship Type: Paid (on site)

Internship Duration: Min 3 Months

Workdays and Timing: Mon - Fri, 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM

About GST Manager:

GST Manager | Tax Collars Private Limited is a leading tax consulting company (www.gstmanager.com) providing tax solutions to clients on a PAN India basis. As a fast-growing startup, we are expanding our operations and team to accelerate growth and meet increasing demands.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales & Marketing Intern to support our business development efforts. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to help generate leads, qualify prospects, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers
- Reach out to prospects via cold calls, LinkedIn, and emails
- Schedule demos and assist the sales team in follow-ups
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate data and progress reports
- Support proposal and quotation creation
- Gather feedback from clients and prospects to improve outreach strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign execution when needed

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel is a plus
- Interest in fintech, GST, and compliance space is an added advantage
